DATED : 09 -0 9 -2024 Once the precept is sent to the Collector for effecting partition, we fail to understand as to for what reasons the Tahsildar kept it pending for more than a year. 2.

We direct respondent No. 2 Tahsildar, Lakhandur to carry out partition as has been directed by the Civil Court in the decree expeditiously and report back to the Civil Court within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order.
