The present application is filed for restoration of Second Appeal.

It appears that the Second Appeal was dismissed in default on 05/07/2023. It is submitted that inadvertently, the matter could not be marked and therefore, the counsel could not appear in the matter when the matter was called out. As such, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 05/07/2023 passed by this Court is hereby set aside. 4.

Registry is directed to restore the Second Appeal on its original number.
