Present application is filed by the applicants/respondent nos.1 to 7 for withdrawal of amount.

Present appeal is filed against the judgment and award passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha in L.A.C. No.555/2005, dated 22.12.2011. On deposit of decreetal amount, the stay was granted. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, it would be appropriate to allow respondent nos.1 to 7 to withdraw 50% of amount deposited by the appellant along with accrued interest thereon. Registry is
