This writ petition was directed to be heard alongwith Writ Petition No.3552/2005. On 04.01.2022 and 06.01.2022 when Writ Petition No.3552/2005 was heard, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

We have decided Writ Petition No. 3552/2005 today. On perusal of the prayers made in this writ petition as well as the grounds raised, we find that similar prayers made in Writ Petition No.3552/2005 have been refused.

Considering the grounds raised in this writ petition, for the reasons stated in Writ Petition No.3552/2005 this writ petition also stands dismissed for those reasons. Rule stands discharged with no order as to costs.
