The petition came to be dismissed in default for non-payment of process fees. As the petition was dismissed before the notice was issued to the respondent, without issuing notice to the non-applicant/respondent and accepting the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the application seeking revision of the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is condoned.

The civil application is allowed.

Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.16228 of 2015. For the same reasons as stated above, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 08-05-2015 is set aside and the petition is restored.
