Request letter is received from Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur for transfer of money deposited before this Court in the name of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur to enable the Court to pay the money to the Claimants and dispose of M.A.C.P. Execution No.32/2006.

The First Appeal No.524/2009 was disposed of by judgment dated 25th February, 2019. This Court had directed to remit the amount of compensation with interest to the respondent Nos.2 and 3/original claimants.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraph 2 of the request letter, the amount deposited before this Court, be transferred to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur as to enable the Claims Tribunal to comply with the directions given in the judgment dated 25th February, 2019.
