Considering the nature of amendment the application is allowed. The amendment be carried out within period of one week. Civil Application is disposed of.

Contempt Petition No.2 of 2017 The petitioner to delete the name of respondent No.1. After the cause title is amended in terms of the order passed in Civil Application No.61/2019, issue notice before admission to the newly added respondents, returnable in four weeks.
