DATED : 30th July, 2019 Operative Part In view of above, this writ petition is allowed and the following order is passed.

The order dated 18-07-2019 passed by the Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee at Amravati invalidating the claim of the petitioner for 'Mana Scheduled Tribe', is hereby quashed and set aside. The claim of the petitioner for Mana Scheduled Tribe, which is an entry at Sr. No.18 in the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 is held to be valid and the Committee is accordingly directed to forthwith issue caste validity certificate in the name of the petitioner.

Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
