Civil Application No.1896 of 2022 is a joint application for disposal of the writ petition in terms of the compromise.

The petitioners are present through Joint Secretary Dr. Nanda Anil Rathi and the respondent no.1 is also present in-person. Upon a query by the Court, they admit to the correctness of the compromise as recorded in para 5 A to H of Civil Application No.1896 of 2022 and also to the correctness of the contents thereof, considering which, the petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise as recorded in para 5 A to H of Civil Application No.1896 of 2022.

Since the State is not party to the compromise, it will not be bound by it.
