Heard learned counsel for appellants, Ms. Ritu Kalia, AGP for respondent no.1 and Shri Agnihotri for respondent no.2.

There is no dispute about the fact that the First Appeal Nos. 936/2008, 660/2008, 57/2006, 626/2006 and 1006/2008, all arise out of same Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act notification and same award passed by the Special Land Acquisition Officer. There is also no dispute about the fact that Shri Jibhkate, represents all of the appellants in these appeals. Therefore, I do not see any difficulty in tagging all these appeals together for final hearing.

Application is, therefore, allowed.
