The petitioners seek directions against the respondents for release of pension and other retiral benefits along with interest on delayed pension and gratuity in respect of petitioner Nos.1 and 2. Prayer is also made for directions to respondent No.3 to prepare pension papers of petitioner Nos.3 to 8 as per Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1982. 2.

Prima facie we are of the view that the issue raised in the petition is governed by the order dated 29/09/2014 delivered in Writ Petition No.3061/2014 (Shri Dattu S/o Saidu Shinde vs. The State of Maharashtra and ors.) at Aurangabad Bench and other similar orders which are placed on record.

In that view of the matter, we direct the concerned respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of aforesaid orders and take a decision thereon expeditiously in accordance with law. The decision be taken, in any case, within a period of twelve weeks from today and shall be communicated to the petitioners.
