By this application the petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition and to file certain documents on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the documents are predated it could not be filed as the same were not supplied at the time of filing the writ petition. He further submits that the documents are relevant and necessary to decide the issues involved in the present petition. 2.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondent No.4 and the learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the present application.

After going through the documents and the proposed amendment, I am of the opinion that the application needs to be allowed.

The necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

Place the writ petition for final disposal on 25/01/2023.
