After hearing the matter for some time, as we find that one of the disputed document is dated 09.01.2009, we had adjourned the matter to today to enable petitioners to take appropriate decision. 3.
Today arguments advanced yesterday are again being repeated.

The other documents in relation to which
dispute is being raised are executed more than 12 years back and there is no assertion of exercise of right to that property by petitioners any where. Petitioners have also not pointed out that they continue in possession.

No civil litigation has been filed by the petitioner and registered documents are not questioned any where.

In this situation, challenge only to orders passed by the Revenue Authorities on the strength of challenge to those documents cannot be entertained and a request made to investigate into the alleged fabrication or fraud or manipulation while obtaining the same also cannot be gone into.

Hence, without observing anything more, with liberty to petitioners to take such other steps as may be available to them in law, we dispose of the present Writ Petition. No costs.
