They submitted that the parties arrived at a settlement during the mediation process. The settlement agreement is executed between them.

As per the settlement agreement, they have to file a joint petition for dissolution of marriage and lump sum amount towards maintenance of Rs.6,50,000/- is to be paid to the wife and the said amount is to be paid before the Family Court while filing the petition for dissolution of marriage.

In view of the above settlement, the writ petition stands disposed of.
