By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.1212/2016.

The learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that entire amount of compensation is already deposited. In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for the appellant, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Motor Accident Claims, Tribunal, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.1212/2016 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
