AUGUST 4, 2025 By present applications, the First Information Report No. 476/2024 dated 30/5/2024 registered with the Police Station - Deoli, District - Wardha, for the offence punishable under Section 304A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, is sought to be quashed.
2] The investigation culminated into filing Csummary, meaning thereby, that no evidence was found against the applicants.
3] The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that though C-summary is filed, prior thereto, the applicants have, of their own, towards compensation, paid to non-applicant no.2 - father of the deceased, an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- by cheque, which non-applicant no.2 has accepted.
4] The learned Counsel for non-applicant no.2 admits such position.
39-APL-1017-2025 5] Be that as it may, since C-summary is filed, nothing survives in the applications. The same are accordingly disposed of.
