For the reasons stated in the application and as the petitioner is not having any objection, the applicant is permitted to get impleaded as petitioner no.2. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.

CIVIL APPLICATION (W) 1596/2015 The writ petition is pending since 2003. This application seeking permission to amend the petition is filed in 2015. The copy of application is not served on the respondents. This application is pressed when the matter is called out for final hearing.

We find that the petitioner can be permitted to amend the petition in terms of proposed amendment. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand only) with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and produce receipt of it on record before the next date.
