Shri A. Chawre, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur for challenging the order of transfer dated 31/05/2023.

In view of this, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition. It is clarified that the petitioner is free to raise all grounds taken in the writ petition in the appeal.
