DATE : 15-01-2025 The legal heirs of the petitioner moved an application to bring their names on record as Subhash expired on 13-04-2021. They, being the legal heirs of the petitioner, are entitled to proceed with the matter.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader has no objection to allowing the application.

In view of the same, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicants are directed to carry out the amendment within one week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side.
