By preferring this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay, which is caused in preferring the revision application against the dismissal of the revision application by the Sessions Court.

As per the contention of the applicant that due to the financial restraints, he could not approach this counsel and file the revision application, and therefore, a delay of 10 days is caused. Though the non-applicant No. 1 is served, none appears on behalf of non-applicant No. 1. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, which appear to be reasonable and satisfactory. In view of that, delay needs to be condoned. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order: a] The delay of 10 days in filing the revision application is condoned.
