Considering the issue involved in this petition or which is about illegality committed by Collector Wardha in not allotting the open ground to the petitioner for permissible recreational purposes, has now become infructuous, as the application that was filed by the petitioner was confined to the time during which Ganesh Festival was held.

Now, if the petitioner finds that due to illegality committed by Collector, Wardha the petitioner has suffered

The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
