Mr. Dewani, learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that in pursuance to the show cause notice dated 15.07.2024 (page 232), the petitioner will submit its reply along with its documents showing cause in pursuance to which, the respondent No. 3 be directed to consider the same and decide the proceedings under Section 73 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act. However, the same according to him should be made time bound considering that the electronic credit ledger of the petitioner has been blocked. The learned Assistant Government Pleader does not have any objection to it, considering which,

2 51-4663-24.odt the petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to file reply / submissions to the show cause notice dated 15.07.2024, by 18.09.2024 along with all supporting documents. The respondent No.3 shall decide upon the cause shown within a period of 30 days from 18.09.2024.
