This is an application for condonation of delay of 197 days caused for filing application for restoration of first appeal.

The learned advocate for the appellant submits that he will remove the office objection within a week. 5.
Considering his submission, it appears that delay is not deliberately caused, the application is deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed. Delay of 197 days caused for filing application for restoration of first appeal is condoned subject to condition of removal of office objection with a week.

It is clarified that, if the office objections are not removed within a week, the application shall be deemed to be rejected without further order.
