DATED : 02 FEBRUARY, 2016 Though belatedly the respondents have passed an order and technically complied with the orders passed by this Court dated 21/01/2015, thereby rejecting the application of the petitioner, we do not find it necessary to proceed further in the present proceedings.

The contempt petition is therefore disposed of reserving the right of the petitionersociety to take recourse to such remedy as is available to it in law.
