31st March, 2016 This is an application for condonation of delay of 81 days in filing Second Appeal against the Judgment and decree dated 8th January, 2015 passed by learned Ad Hoc District Judge-2, Kelapur, in Regular Civil Appeal No. 37 of 2012.

Heard learned counsel for the appellants. None for respondent nos. 2 and 4, though they are served. Though this application goes unopposed in the absence of respondents, in my opinion, in order to have adjudication on the dispute between the parties on merits, accepting the reasons offered in the application explaining the delay to be good and sufficient, the
