Applicant/appellant has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the part of the decretal amount/awarded amount deposited in the court by order dated 16.02.2024. He has also drawn my attention to the order dated 21.04.2025, whereby both the appeals were allowed. In view of the same, I deem it appropriate that the applicant is entitled to withdraw the said amount; hence, the application is allowed.

The applicant is entitled to withdraw the amount deposited vide order dated 16.02.2024, along with interest accrued thereon. 4.

Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount within four weeks to the bank account of the applicant on his furnishing the bank account details to the Registry. The application is disposed of. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) Belkhede
