A qualified person is not in a position to explain the circumstances in which fact that wrong date of birth is recorded and when did the same surfaced. How knowledge of mistake or correct date came to her is not pleaded. 2.
We, therefore, find some disputed questions arising which cannot be answered in writ jurisdiction. Hence, rejected. No costs.
