Present application is filed by the applicants for restoration of Second Appeal dismissed in default on 18.08.2022. On 4.8.2022, fourteen days time was granted. As office objections were not removed within stipulated period, the matter was dismissed on 18.08.2022 for want of removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the appellants fairly conceded that due to fault on the part of the appellants, the matter was dismissed. He undertakes to remove office objections within a week.

In view thereof, application is allowed. The order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 18.08.2022 is hereby set aside. Registry is directed to restore the Second Appeal on its original number. After registration of the Second Appeal, appellants to remove office objections within a week. Misc. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of.
