Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed to the extent of 75% of the amount to be paid to the respondent nos. 1 to 5 with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking. 5.

As such, the application is allowed in the above terms.

Registry is directed to pay the said amount to the respondent nos. 1 to 5 as above.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
