DATED : 10.07.2025 Applicant/respondent No.1 has moved this application for permitting him to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. For which, learned Counsel for the appellant has given no objection, subject to furnishing the usual undertaking. 2.

Considering the reason disclosed in the application and no objection given by the appellant, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount, along with accrued interest thereon, upon furnishing the usual undertaking.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the amount along with accrued interest thereon in the bank account of the applicant within four weeks, on his furnishing the usual undertaking and bank account details in the Registry.

List the matter at Sr. No.1 on the final hearing board on 16/07/2025.
