Heard.

The applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with Crime 56 of 2017 is desirous of selling his property or a part thereof.

The applicant moved the trial Court seeking a direction to the jail authority to produce the applicant - accused before the Sub-Registrar, Washim on any suitable date. This application is rejected by the learned trial Court. The reasons which are given in the order impugned are absolutely irrelevant and extraneous to the issue. The learned trial Court observes that the applicant did not give the details of the loan or the fees which the applicant paid to the counsel. If the applicant desires to sell his property, I do not see any impediments in directing the jail authority to produce the applicant at the office of the Sub-Registrar, Washim on 6.8.2018 between 11.00 am to 1.00 p.m.. If any charges are required to be paid for security

The application is disposed of in the afore stated terms.
