Civil Application (CAF) No.2538/2021 Present application is filed by the applicant for grant of stay to the impugned judgment and order dated 3.9.2021 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Wardha in Claim Petition (MACP) No.26/2014. Heard both the sides.

The driver of the vehicle is before this Court. On enquiry, the applicant-appellant consented to deposit Rs.3,50,000/- with this Court.

On deposit of Rs.3,50,000/- within a period of six weeks with this Court, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and order is hereby stayed to the extent of applicant is concerned. However, the claimants are at liberty to proceed with the execution against the owner of the vehicle. Application is allowed and disposed of. [Smt. M.S.
