By this application the original appellants seek permission to amend the cause title of memo of appeal and correct the name of the respondent No.1. The learned advocate for the appellants submitted that there is some error in drafting the application and seeks permission to withdraw the application and prays for liberty to file appropriate application. It is further submitted that the error has crept in the copy of the order of the District Court and therefore, the error will have to be got corrected by filing appropriate application before the District Court.

In the facts of the case, the application is disposed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants to take appropriate steps in the matter.

If the application for correcting name of the respondent No.1 Seema is moved before the District Court, the learned District Judge shall dispose it within one week of its filing.

In view of the order passed on Civil Application No.1198 of 2018 the learned advocate appearing for the original appellants seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file appropriate application after the correction in respect of name of the respondent No.1Seema is carried out in the cause title of the memo of appeal. 5.

The civil application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
