By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of the second appeal, which was dismissed in default for want of prosecution, on 8.8.2015.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the second appeal is restored to its original file subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.
