A prayer in this petition is regarding quashing and setting aside of communication dated 10.10.2024, issued by respondent No. 2, thereby keeping the employment of petitioners in abeyance on the ground of pendency of civil suit. 2.
We have heard learned counsels for the parties at length. 3.
Learned counsel Mr. Dhawda, for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the issue can be resolved if the petitioners submit an undertaking which may be demanded by respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Since the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 fairly submits that the issue can be resolved if the petitioners agree to give relevant undertaking within a particular period, we dispose of the petition by setting aside the communication dated 10.10.2024, with direction to the petitioners to submit undertaking as may be demanded by respondent Nos. 1 and 2, within four weeks from their demand. Thereafter, respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to Belkhede, PS
