CORAM : B.P.DHARMADHIKARI & S.B.SHUKRE, JJ DATE : 23.3.2015 Prayer is to condone delay of 93 days in filing First Appeal. The reason given by the appellants/ applicants is of ill health of their father. Though the prayer for condonation of delay is opposed by the respondents, ill health of the father of the applicants is not in dispute.

In this situation, we find that just and sufficient ground are given in the application which are supported by affidavit. We, therefore, condone the delay. Application is allowed. Office to register the First Appeal.
