Both the learned counsel submit that mediation which took place, resulted into success. Both the parties have executed an agreement of understanding before the learned Mediator at Akola. The same is taken on record. Both the learned counsel also filed respective pursis for and on behalf of their clients to perform their part, as per understanding.

Thus, there remains nothing in the present application. Mr. Rai, learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
