DATED : 27-02-2024 In view of Resolution No.205 dated 30-12-1991, it it the case of the petitioner that he is entitled for the compassionate employment in place of his deceased grandfather.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would claim that he has completed all the requisite formalities as was sought pursuant to the communication at Annexure-2, still the respondent has not taken any decision as regards granting employment to the petitioner.

In the aforesaid background, the learned Counsel representing the parties have no objection to dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondent to take decision within a period of six weeks from today and communicate the same to the petitioner.
