Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. Perused the F.I.R. and supplementary statement of the complainant.

It appears that the possibility of consensual physical relations cannot be ruled out. Initially the allegations were made only against one Anil Neware and later-on the allegations were made against Yogesh Narad and Akash Waghade. In between, the name of the applicant has also figured. The charge-sheet has been filed. No custodial interrogation is required. The application deserves to be allowed.

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that he shall regularly attend the Court proceedings on the dates fixed in the matter, shall cooperate with the Court in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
