By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 235 days in filing the appeal whereby enhancement in compensation is prayed.

It is seen from the record that despite service of notice none appeared on behalf of respondents. It is further seen that Advocate Gajanan Asole filed his power for respondent no.1, however, there is no reply to controvert the submission made by the applicant.

Considering the fact that the reasons put-forth by the applicant for condonation of delay being not controverted, the same are accepted and accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application delay stands condoned. 5.
