Heard Mr.D.N.Kukday, learned Advocate for the applicant.

As registration of the First Appeal was refused, without issuing notice to the non-applicants, for the reasons stated in the application, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 5.8.2014 is set aside. The First Appeal is restored. Appellant shall remove the Office objections till 2.3.2015, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. The appellant shall deposit Rs.1,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and produce the receipt showing payment, on the record of the appeal till 2.3.2015, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
