Since the dismissal order of the writ-petitioner as a Teacher at an Ashram School, is in dispute and in the light of the School Tribunal being in existence under a statute, the grievance of the writ-petitioner has to be enquired into by the said Tribunal. Since the grievance depends upon certain factual ascertainment, in order to grant the relief to the petitioner, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance i.e. School Tribunal. If he approaches the School Tribunal in accordance with the procedure contemplated, the Tribunal shall dispose of the grievance of the petitioner within six months from the date of submission of the petition.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. No costs.
