Learned counsel for petitioners contends that after filing of this petition, the order dated 21.06.2024 came to be passed by the Hon'ble Minister State Excise, therefore, the petition needs to be amended. The application is opposed by the learned counsel for respondent No.5.

Since, it is subsequent event after filing of the petition, proposed amendment is allowed. Petitioners to carry out the amendment within a week from today.

After the amendment is carried out, the Registrar (Judicial) to verify and place the matter before appropriate Bench.
