P. DHARMADHIKARI AND P. N. DESHMUKH, JJ.

DATED : 07 OCTOBER, 2015 Heard Shri Dhumale, learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 4 and Shri Sonwane, learned Counsel for respondent No.4. Nobody appears for respondent No.3.

Caste claim of the petitioner is still pending. This Court has, while issuing notice in the matter on 13/8/2014, protected her education. In reply-in-affidavit tendered on behalf of respondent No.4-Committee, it is mentioned that petitioner's case was pending for report of the Vigilance Cell and after its receipt, further steps would be taken.

We find that period of more than one year has expired after filing of the said affidavit. Learned A.G.P. is seeking time to find out the

We direct the petitioner to appear before respondent No.4-Committee on 18/11/2015 and to abide by further instructions in the matter. Respondent No.4-Committee shall attempt to complete the verification in accordance with law, within six months.

The interim orders passed by this Court on 13/8/2014 to continue till then and shall be subject to orders of respondent No.4-Committee. The petition is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly. No costs.
