The civil application is filed for permission to deposit Rs.1,50,000/- in view of order dated 05.07.2024 as the petitioner is willing to deposit amount of Rs.1,50,000/- in Regular Darkhast No.9/2023, the proceedings in regular Darkhast was stayed vide order dated 05.07.2024. The application is filed in July, 2023. As such permission is granted to deposit Rs.1,50,000/- within a week. However, it is made clear that if the amount is not deposited as per the direction dated 05.07.2024, the stay granted to the proceedings in Regular Darkhast No.9/2023 shall stand vacated without reference to the Court.
