DATE : 07.04.2015 Shri Kalwaghe, the learned Counsel for the petitioners states, on instructions, that most of the prayers made in the petition would not survive due to subsequent development. It is stated that this Court may only direct the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Yavatmal to decide the old Change Reports within a time-frame.

The request made on behalf of the petitioners is just and reasonable. Hence, we request the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Yavatmal to decide the Change Reports filed by the petitioners as early as possible.

Order accordingly. No order as to costs.
