It appears that under the order dated 03.08.2024, this Court had suspended the substantive sentence of imprisonment by making an interim arrangement, subject to deposit of entire compensation amount.

The learned counsel for the non-applicant/complainant has admitted that the applicant-accused has deposited the entire compensation amount of Rs.2,25,000/- with this Court. The learned counsel for the applicant-accused further submitted that THAWRE

the applicant has also furnished surety as directed under the aforesaid order.

As such, the order of suspension dated 03.08.2024 is made absolute during the pedency of this Criminal Revision Application.

Accordingly, the Criminal Application (APPR) No.157/2024 is disposed of.
