Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition the respondent-tenant has surrendered the tenancy and she has already vacated the premises. He further submits that the petitioner has got possession of the premises in question. In view of this, he has instructions from the petitioner not to press this writ petition. (2) The statement is accepted.
