The learned counsel for the parties agree that the issue involved in these writ petitions is also involved in Writ Petition No. 5123/2014 and this Court has answered the said issue against the petitioners by the judgment dated 29-10-2015. Since the issue stands answered against the petitioners by the aforesaid judgment, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 29-10-2015 in Writ Petition No. 5123/2014, we dismiss the writ petition with no order as to costs.
