It is their contention that despite having made a representation to the Zilla Parishad on 15/07/2022, no decision thereon has been taken.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the petitioners' representation dated 15/07/2022 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks of receipt of copy of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioners. No costs.
